My trusty Orcabot had an inrtermittent problem with the bed heater and resulted in stopped builds.I've since discover what it was:
Explanation below:
Decided to turn Orcabot onto it's belly (which was tricky and I thought it might have bit me!)
only to discover that the thick yellow wire of the heater held in by the Nylon grommet thingy was a bit bent and dark. This could mean only one thing.
I split open the pvc uncovering the exposed broken wire.
How could it have broken such a thick wire?
I know.....wear and tear it's called!
Bed moving backwards and forwards millions of times did it.
